Jackie Butler:
Jackie has lived with and around dogs of many breeds and brings a wealth of understanding of the needs of dogs and their owners. Having owned and trained German Shepherds, Great Danes and an Afghan Hound personally.She has good insight into the pack mentality of our canine friends and understands well the need for owners to ensure that their dog understands its place in the pack. She has also worked with rescue organisations in assessing appropriate dog/owner partnerships when placing dogs with new owners.
Jackie has trained her own dog, Merlot, with us for six years before becoming an instructor. She believes in a kind but firm approach, along with maximum socialisation of dogs from an early age, to ensure the development of a successful partnership.
She is convinced that when that special bond is built that little is unachievable.
